WARN has identified an issue with the ProVantage Plow Lift that may cause it to cease operation
(stop working). Therefore, WARN Industries requests that you immediately stop all sales and shipments
of the products listed above. Please contact all dealers / consumers to whom you have sold this product
and request that they immediately return their stock to you.
We are actively working on a replacement Plow Lift, but do not have a replacement at this time.
However, an alternative to the Moose by WARN Plow Lift and ProVantage Plow Lift, is any WARN
RT, XT winch or Moose by WARN winch. (Moose 1700 #4505-0017, Moose 1700 S #4505-0332 and
Moose 3000 S #4505-0331.)
To keep consumers' plows operational this winter season, WARN is offering the following return and
rebate program:
CONSUMER RETURN AND $200 REBATE PROGRAM:
All consumers that have purchased a Moose by WARN Plow Lift or ProVantage Plow Lift and return it
for credit (as outlined below), are eligible to receive a $200/USD rebate on any new WARN RT, XT
or Moose by WARN winch purchased as a replacement for the Plow Lift. This rebate will be available
for purchases and returns made within the one (1) year warranty period of the product's original
purchase date.
For consumers, the Plow Lift return and $200 rebate program will involve:
| STEP 1: | Consumer is notified of Plow Lift issue by Dealer, or Consumer contacts Dealer if Plow
Lift stops working. Consumer may also be notified through their direct communication
with WARN's customer service department. |
| STEP 2: | Consumer removes Plow Lift from ATV/UTV, including strap, switch and wiring. |
| STEP 3: | Consumer returns Plow Lift to point of purchase for full credit and receives credit receipt. |
| STEP 4: | Consumer purchases any new WARN RT, XT or Moose by WARN winch. |
| STEP 5: | Consumer sends the following documentation to WARN: (Full details on rebate form)
Documents that are required for $200 rebate to be issued include:
| 1. | Original sales receipt for the Moose by WARN or ProVantage Plow Lift and/or Plow Lift Service Kit purchased in the United States or Canada. |
| 2. | Original credit receipt for the return and refund of the Moose by WARN or ProVantage Plow Lift or Plow Service Kit. |
| 3. | Original sales receipt for a new WARN RT, XT or Moose by WARN winch purchase. |
| 4. | Rebate form |
| | STEP 6: | Warn verifies rebate documentation and sends consumer a rebate check for $200/USD.

As an example, this rebate will allow the consumer to purchase a Moose 1700, Moose 1700S, WARN
RT25 or XT15 winch and winch mount for about the same price as they originally paid for the Moose by WARN or
ProVantage Plow Lift ($279).
