The Truggy hits the snow
Written: April 05, 2011

You might remember "The Truggy." This beast was driven by Jessi Combs at Brown's Camp in the Tillamook State Forest here in Oregon, and it was featured at the 2010 SEMA Show.

We just got an update from the vehicle's owner, Gene. He recently took the vehicle on a snow run, and reports the vehicle did great in 7 to 8 feet of snow (note the buried street signs), even in two-wheel drive. They drove the vehicle 30 miles in the snow, and said only two trucks made it the full distance without getting stuck; 30 other trucks only made it about 300 yards (and spend most of the day doing so!).

Glad to see The Truggy is still in "go prepared" mode!
