We just found out that the WARN 9.5xp won the Best Overall 4WD Equipment award from ExpeditionPortal.com. This award comes as part of the site's annual Gear of the Year awards. ExpoPortal said they were impressed with the winch's durable contactor, fast line speed, and low weight. Although the overlanders at the site have loved the M8274 for years, they went as far as saying the 9.5xp is their "favorite winch."
