Warn Industries Adds 3000lb Capacity Winch to ATV Line-Up
Warn? 3.0ci winch offers today's extreme ATV customers the most features for their money

Clackamas, OR (February 10, 2003) Warn Industries announced today the release of its 3,000lb capacity ATV winch. The new WARN? 3.0ci winch, with an innovative all-metal, sealed drive train and added controls, is designed for today's most rigorous conditions.

"The WARN 3.0ci is a revolutionary new ATV winch, designed with the most features-and value-of any ATV winch on the market," said John Vandecoevering, Director of ATV products for Warn Industries. "It is what our ATV customers need when they take their machines to the extreme."

With its winch drum centered- to avoid tire interference and provide a more streamlined appearance. Its .9 HP motor delivers the correct balance of speed, torque and power, while the gear train-incorporating Warn's new Teflon?-coated bushing design-operates with less friction, providing greater efficiency and superior pulling strength.

Eight seal points protect the WARN 3.0ci from water and contaminant infiltration while its steel alloy gear housing provides exceptional durability, strength and rigidity. The aluminum drum is also corrosion resistant and features the WARN cable retention system which allows the user to change the cable in the field without any tools.

The 3.0ci comes with a mini-rocker switch and a multi-position handlebar mounting bracket for a universal fit and easy operation, as well as a removable remote control (with 10' lead). A sealed industrial style contactor provides greater amp draw and longer life than other mechanical switches.

These devices utilize Warn's new Express Install^TM color-coded wiring system. Express Install^TM is a new color-coded wiring system that speeds the installation of electrical components, virtually eliminating the chance of incorrectly wiring the controls.

Also included in the WARN 3.0ci kit are 6-gauge wiring, roller fairlead, hook with safety latch, and hook strap. The winch comes with a limited lifetime warranty and Warn's new ATV Winch Techniques manual.
