Non-Profit/Charitable Support
Requests for donation must be in writing and include the following information:
Name and address of the company or person to benefit from the donation.
Full name to whom the check should be made payable.
Is the company a 503-c (non-profit) corporation?
A brief description of why Warn Industries should approve this donation.
Value of donation requested.
How donation will be used (purchase of item, auction, ticket drive,
vehicle improvement for service vehicle, etc.).
Number of people impacted by the donation.
Who is invited to the event where the donation will be acknowledged?
Date needed.
Have you received a donation from Warn Industries in the past? (when
and for how much?)
Requests from non-profit agencies should be sent in writing to:
