Early summer 07, we were wheeling out at the Superlift Off Road Park in Hot Springs, Ar. We heard some yelling from down the steep hill to our right. When we stopped we found four guys and two jeeps. One had rolled down this VERY steep hill. Being the prepared jeepers we are we got a jeep with a flatbed (modified XJ) on it down the hill, and had to first use the WARN XD9000i to hook to a tree to turn the XJ around on this steep hill. We ran the winch cable up the hill and anchored it to a full size Ford up top. It was so far we had to have the Fords WARN winch ran down to meet the XJ's Cable. This is where we put our WARN winches to real heavy duty work. Getting the two jeeps out took two hours. Let's say we didn't get back to base camp as planned but with having such great equipment as our WARN winches we were able to lend a helping hand. Someplace out in the world there are tons of pictures, I saw a lot of guys taking pictures. I was too busy to ever find out who had what. All I knew is we helped out and was glad we had such good winches to get the job done!
