SOLID-STATE CONTROL FOR A NEW LEVEL OF RUGGEDNESS

Warn Industries' M.O.S.F.E.T. (Metal-Oxide Semiconductor Field- Effect Transistor) is sealed from the elements, so it's great for serious off-roaders. The 9.5si M.O.S.F.E.T. control module eliminates the solenoid pack and its electro-mechanical functions. Operating temperatures from -40?F to +180?F won't phase it. Voltage drop to the winch is minimal for more efficient operation and low heat gain.

With an extreme sealing system, aluminum die-cast body, and thermometric operator feedback, the 9.5si is the winch for the serious user who needs the best in reliability, durability, and control.
