The 2013 SEMA Show runs from November 5-8 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, and we're in full-on SEMA mode to get everything ready. I think it's time to introduce our project vehicle for the year: a 2013 AEV Brute Double Cab.

This vehicle started as a '13 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. American Expedition Vehicles then customized the vehicle to what you see above--a super-cool four-door Jeep Wrangler pickup. Oh, our Brute was also equipped with a 5.7-liter HEMI V-8 for plenty of giddyup. And thanks to Flowmaster, it sounds great. These rigs are works of art, and AEV does a heck of a job with the customization.

Being that this is a SEMA vehicle, it's going to get the full custom treatment. Being that it's a WARN vehicle, it's going to get run on the trails. Like all the other rigs in our fleet, they get wheeled. Here's a list of some of the parts that'll go on our V-8 Brute:

  • 17" Raceline Competition Beadlock wheels
  • 37x12.50x17 BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM2
  • Skyjacker lift kit
  • Currie Rock Jock Dana 60 rear axle
  • Currie Dana 44 front axle with Reid Racing knuckles and WARN Premium Hubs
  • Hi-Lift Jack
  • WARN Front Bumper
  • WARN winch
  • WARN lights

  • AEV Brute on lift
    Currie Axles

Work has already started on getting the axles under the rig, and there will be a bunch of other things that'll get the custom treatment, so stay tuned for more details. You can also keep an eye on our Instagram feed (WarnIndustries). Until then, here's the official countdown to SEMA clock!
