The latest family of WARN powersports winches is the exciting new R-Series. These standard-duty winches offer class-leading performance without breaking the bank. The line also includes our highest capacity powersports winch ever.

Engineered in Clackamas, Oregon and built to Warn's specs, R-Series winches feature tough all-metal housings and geartrains to provide trusted dependability and remarkable durability. The IP67 waterproof construction helps keep the elements for increased reliability and longevity. Four capacities are available:

• R25/R25-S: 2,500 lbs. – for ATVs and quads
• R35/R35-S 3,500 lbs. – for larger ATVs or smaller UTVs
• R45/R45-S: 4,500 lbs. – for larger UTVs
• R60-S: 6,000 lbs. – for the biggest UTVs and even small trucks/SUVs

 The R25, R35, and R45 winches have 50' of steel rope and a roller fairlead. The R25-S, R35-S, R45-S, and R60-S include 50' of synthetic rope and a black hawse fairlead.

All R-Series winches have a compact design, making them easy to fit in tight spaces, as well as an easy-to-see, easy-to-turn red clutch knob.

For control, the R25 and R35 winches include a handlebar-mounted mini rocker switch. R45 and R60 winches include a corded remote and dash-mounted control switch. These winches are also compatible with the WARN HUB Wireless Receiver (103950), so you can operate them with a smartphone and get vehicle battery information, too.

Step up to the WARN VRX and you'll get a winch assembled in Oregon, USA — a premium product with an exceptional durability rating. VRX winches are built with a all-metal housing and geartrain for durability and strength. They are also IP68 submersion and IP69K high pressure spray rated — the best waterproof ratings possible. VRX winches are available in three capacities with either steel or synthetic rope:

• VRX 25/VRX 25-S: 2,500 lbs. – for ATVs and quads
• VRX 35/VRX 35-S: 3,500 lbs. – for larger ATVs or smaller UTVs
• VRX 45/VRX 45-S: 4,500 lbs. – for larger UTVs

For those looking for the absolute best powersports winch available, it has to be AXON. These winches are in a class of their own in performance, durability, features, and ease of use. Plus, they have the fastest installation on the market. Designed, engineered, and assembled in the USA at our Clackamas, OR factory, AXON is the easiest winch to install. This is because of the Motactor, a motor + contactor unit integrated into the winch. This saves time and space during installation because there's no separate contactor to install or find a place for.

AXON is available in three capacities:

Plow Mode, an AXON exclusive and part of the WARN HUB Wireless Control Receiver, lets plow operators set limits on plow raising and lowering so as not to damage the winch. Plus, the one-touch Auto Move feature lets you raise the plow blade to those programmable limits, eliminating clumsy operation and the need to operate multiple controls at once—it's working smarter, not harder.

These winches also get premium control. AXON 35 winches include a digital control switch with multi-color LED, and handlebar mount adapter.
