We recently released our all-new WARN Series G2 industrial winches, and they'll usher in a new area of industrial winches for our company.
The WARN® Series G2 line are the latest in the WARN Industrial planetary gear winch lineup. They feature all-new levels of durability, improved performance, and customizable modular configurations that allow you and your business to work smarter and get the product you need for your specific application.

Durability, Performance, & Versatility Inside and Out
The Series G2 winches are the most durable industrial winches we have ever offered. The new more robust and serviceable design includes redesigned drum supports that are thicker and resist breakage. The all-new architecture also makes the clutch mount (with 90° clutch handle option) exceedingly stout and less prone to damage. Electric models have a new two-coil contactor with excellent sealing for exceptional reliability. All models wear protective finishes that guard against corrosion for years.

With added strength comes increased performance. Series G2 winches are IP68 and IP69K waterproof ensuring a long service life. The revised three-stage planetary gear train delivers fast, quiet, and dependable pulling power with up to a 65% reduction in noise and vibration for a better user experience. The ball-bearing design and extreme low-temperature lubricants let the drum turn easily, even in the coldest weather.

For the absolute maximum level of durability, Series G2 Severe-Duty models are designed to work in the most extreme situations on the planet, such as military applications. Severe-Duty winches have additional features like chemical-resistant CARC coatings and electronics potted in a two-part compound for the ultimate in sealing and resilience. These winches also meet strict MIL-STD-1184 waterproofing standards.

The new Series G2 family of industrial winches represents an all-new level of modular design, customization, and versatility, no matter the application. More configurable than ever, the Series G2 winches, whether hydraulic, electric, or Severe Duty, can be built the way businesses need for maximum performance.
For example, the Series G2 gear train can be clocked in 12 different positions to fit any application. Motors have a four-bolt mount and can be clocked four ways, and easy-access external motor mounts make service faster than ever. You can choose from tie rods or tie bars for the winch. Additionally, there are multiple drum widths ranging from 6.5" to 12.5". Series G2 parts, such as end housings, drum supports, drums, motors, and more are now standardized and interchangeable making service parts a snap.
Plus, Warn gives you options: different motors, various clutches, tie rods or tie bars to connect the drum supports, and more. All of this leads to a winch that suits your needs resulting in lower operating costs and higher profits for businesses.
