The WARN 101255 winch mounting plate lets you install a compatible winch on a Jeep JL or JT Rubicon equipped with the factory steel winch-ready bumper. For approved winches rated up to 12,000 lb. Not compatible with ZEON XC or 14,000 lb winches. All Warn bumpers undergo rigorous field testing and lab pull testing to ensure rigidity in the most abusive conditions.
