Durability and Reliability in Spades

With its remote/manual clutch, built-in HUB Wireless Receiver, motor temperature/load feedback, and dynamic lighting, ZEON XP is already at the top of the winching food chain. However, it’s not enough to just have innovative features. We’ve used nearly 80 years of off-road know-how to make this the most durable, reliable winch available.

To add reliability, the winch is IP68 and IP69K waterproof. It’ll work when submerged and can stand up to the rigors of pressure washing. Improved gasketing and O-ring sealing means the water, dust, and gunk stays out, keeping dependability in.

The ZEON XP winches also use durable, black, OEM-grade hardware with excellent corrosion resistance. Plus, the UV-resistant busbar cover meets OEM standards, too. This keeps the winch looking great for years.

ZEON XP is available with Sypudra synthetic rope and a black forged aluminum hawse fairlead. This super-strong winch line is lightweight, easy-to-handle, and durable. It includes a forged hook with clasp and hookstrap, too. It also features a red Nomex heat sleeve around the last layer of rope for heat resistance and so you can see when you’re nearing the rope’s end. The rope is wrapped around a large-diameter aluminum-alloy drum with a patented thru-drum rope attachment point that’s easy to install and very stout. Plus, the drum helps dissipate heat from the best-in-class automatic load-holding cone brake.

These winches use the same high-performance motor as the ZEON XD. It’s powerful and efficient with low amp draw, so it won’t tax your vehicle’s electrical system. It provides no-load line speeds of up to 40 ft/min—the fastest in its class.

World Class Warranty

Like all WARN truck/SUV winches, the ZEON XP has a limited lifetime warranty on mechanical components, and a seven-year warranty on electrical items—the best warranty in the business. Plus, the product is backed by Warn’s U.S.-based team of customer service professionals. And should you need parts, WARN winches are fully serviceable and rebuildable.
