WARN Fully Hidden Kit Winch Mount For Toyota Trucks & SUVs

For Toyota owners who want a winch on their rigs, but also want to maintain their factory appearance, Warn Industries offers the Fully Hidden Kit winch mount.

Fully Hidden Kits offer a lightweight winch-mounting solution; this kit doesn’t require any suspension adjustments to compensate for the extra weight of a big, heavy bumper. Fully Hidden Kits also won’t interfere with the vehicle’s parking sensors, cameras, or radar cruise control.

All mounts feature a state-of-the-art powder-coated finish providing superior corrosion protection. They’ll withstand up to a 408-hour salt spray test, just like other WARN fabricated products.

These mounts also feature an easy-to-access remote socket mount, allowing the winch remote to be easily plugged in and operated, even in a hidden configuration.

ZEON XC 12-S: The Exclusive Winch For Fully Hidden Kits

The WARN Fully Hidden Kit accommodates the WARN ZEON XC 12-S for Hidden Winch Mounts exclusively. This 12,000-capacity winch offers a short-drum configuration and 70’ of 3/8” Spydura synthetic rope. This winch also includes a new low-profile control pack that keeps things compact. Inside the pack is an ultra-reliable Albright contactor for the best reliability possible.

This winch’s transmission has been rotated forward 144°, making the clutch lever easy to access when in the foot-forward mounting configuration, even when behind the bumper. It’s highly waterproof with O-ring sealing, and rated IP68/IP69k to keep dirt and water out, and reliability in.

Since the latest Toyota 4Runners and Land Cruisers place the 12V battery at the rear of the vehicle, and factory wiring is not designed to handle the high current demands of a recovery winch. Warn’s new winch wiring kit (112311) addresses this issue by supplying heavy-gauge wiring that runs directly from the battery to the winch, ensuring reliable power delivery while protecting your vehicle’s factory wiring.

WARN Semi-Hidden Kits for Toyota Trucks & SUVs

The Semi-Hidden Kits also offer a low-profile winch mount for Toyota trucks and SUVs, but they offer a bit more protection and recovery options. However, they still maintain the vehicle’s factory lines, and weigh less than full winch bumpers. These winch mounts offer precise welds and thick steel construction. They also offer welded eyelets so you can add steel shackles for extra recovery options. Semi-Hidden Kits are easy to install with no need to relocate the winch’s control pack. Plus, they’ll fit all WARN mid-frame winches (except M8274).

For increased protection, Semi-Hidden Kits are available with an optional low-profile 2” grille guard tube. With or without the grille guard, Semi-Hidden Kits wear a durable black texted power-coated finish that stands up to 408-hour salt spray tested to resist corrosion and keep them looking great.
